Cancellation & Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

Before Shipment

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

  • If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

2.3 Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and certificates (if any).

REFUND PROCESS

3.1 Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original mode of payment.

3.2 If the payment was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

3.3 Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

4.1 If you wish to exchange your product for another item of equal or higher value, you may do so within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

4.2 Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the specified period, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
